The shipping cost depends on your location and the weight of the order. To find out what the shipping cost will be before having to enter all your details please add the desired items in to your shopping cart. Once added a box will pop up with a few different options, select 'View or edit your cart'. Then select from the bottom of the shopping cart 'Estimate Shipping and Tax'. Here you will be prompted to place in your state and postcode which will then show you the shipping prices.
Sweet Addiction Confectionery is committed to providing it's customers with the utmost satisfaction, therefore we will endeavour to despatch all items on the same day as payment has been cleared.
To ensure that your confectionery and chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, Sweet Addiction Confectionery may delay the delivery of chocolates for one or two days if the weather is extremely hot on the day the chocolates are ordered. Also, if it is a Friday, we will generally attempt to send products on the following Monday so that the products do not sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date. The cost of shipping the product back to us must be borne by the customer and it is highly recommended that customers use a trackable shipping method. Items must be returned in their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to receiving, must be unused and sealed. Sweet Addiction Confectionery can organise a courier, however all costs must be paid in full before pickup will be carried out.
Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original product has been received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective.
