Will an invoice be sent with my order?
We understand that on many occasions your order will be sent as a gift. Therefore, we do not include an invoice with orders. If you would like a copy of your invoice, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to email it to you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay, Paypal and bank payments. Please note all orders are to be paid for prior to production and dispatch.
Applying a coupon code.
Sign up to our VIP members list and receive exclusive promotions, offers and new product information. You can sign up via the footer section of our website below.
If you have a promotional code you would like to us, please enter it in the coupon box in checkout. If you are having trouble with your code, please check the offer details and offer end date. If you forget to add the code in checkout, we unfortunately can not refund the difference once the order is placed.
How do I make changes to my order?
If your order has not yet been sent we will always try to accommodate any changes you may request. Please not that it will not always be possible. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with any change requests. We can then discuss what options are available. No changes can be made once the order is sent.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via the contact us form. If you order has not yet been dispatched we can provide you with a full refund. Any personalised portion of your order can not be refunded. Your order can not be cancelled if it has already been sent out.

Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes we do! We ask that you provide us with as much delivery detail as possible including ward and bed number.
What carriers do you ship with?
We predominantly send with Couriers Please however depending on the location we will also send with Aramex (formally Fastway) and Australia Post
I need my order to arrive on a specific date, is this possible?
Due to the carriers we use to send our orders we can not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. If you place the required deliver date in the note section of your order we will try our best to delivery your order as close to the date as possible.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a flat rate of $12 standard delivery and $20 express delivery Australia wide. Orders over $125 will receive free shipping.
What days and times do you deliver?
The hours of delivery provided by our delivery partners is between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
What delivery instructions should I provide?
The more information you can provide the better. If sending to a business please provide clear instructions on the best place for the courier to take the parcel eg, reception or parcel receiving
Personalised and Promotional questions
Is there a minimum order for promotional/personalised products?
Our square and stand up promotional bags do not require a minimum order. Our goal is to make these accessible to everyone. Please refer to the promotional/personalised boxes for minimum order amounts.
How does the artwork need to be supplied promotional/personalised products?
The artwork for labels is to be supplied as a high resolution JPEG file. Images can be attached to the order or emailed to email@example.com. For more detailed artwork we will discuss the artwork further.
How long until I receive my promotional/personalised order?
The turn around depends on the quantity ordered and location of delivery. This can all be quoted on once we establish what the order will be. For a more detail estimate please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
